AP Verification & Cashier Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting or similar position.
- Fresh graduate with strong analytical skill are welcome to apply.
- Familiar and understanding with Account Payable, Account Receivable and Term of Payment.
- Perform teamwork spirit, good communication skill and fast-learner.
- Focus, detail oriented and good interpersonal skill.
- Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account Payable (AP) verification.
- Petty cash and monitoring Cash Advance.
- Monitoring book transfer related to the company rules.
- Cashier operation and coordination with related divisions.
- Filling and creating AP reports to Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required
