Tambnas Loker - PT Kideco Jaya Agung saat ini sedang membutuhkan karyawan yang bermotivasi tinggi dalam bekerja dan untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan ialah sebagai berikut

Corporate Legal Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university. (IPK min 3,0)
Min. 1 year of experience, preferably from a Mining Company
Having knowledge of Company Law, Mining Law, and Contract Drafting
Excellent reporting ability
Having a good English skills (both speaking & writing)
Loyal and capable in teamwork
Have good skill in Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
Preferably domiciled in East Kalimantan
Willing to be placed in Paser mine site East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review draft agreements, letters, or any legal documents. Ensure those drafts and documents are in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Assisting other technical departments in the negotiation of contracts and any legal documents on behalf of the company
Conduct legal due diligence
Managing all documents
