Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

Strong safety leadership
10 Years hands-on practical work in Fixed Plant Equipment Maintenance on (Primary Jaw Crushing, Secondary Cone Crushing, Mobile Crushing, Screening, Conveying, Agglomeration and Milling)
Effective communication
A team player focussed on building an integrated, strong overall operations team
Long work hours (if required)
Interaction with internal & external including contractors
Frequent on call
Willing to work in remote areas

Job Descriptions:

To Plan, manage, organize & maintain Planning & Reliability department on the Tujuh Bukit Operation to maximize achievement of project & company objectives
Lead, organize & provide direction for all team member (subordinate) to ensure required performance is achieved in people performance, HSEQ outcomes and the business result
Manage, maintain the process of Planning & Reliability Department to ensure 91% availability by proactive & continuous improvement
Coordinate asset management activities by develop planning strategy to meet equipment health & implemented best maintenance practices
Ensure the company policy, procedure are followed & plant activities are completed in safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware & cost-conscious manner
Understand & Implementation ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
Liaise with and advice Maintenance Planning team regarding PM strategies quality improvement, maintenance planning & scheduling work execution and feedback information and spare part management and emergency parts sourcing.
