PROJECT QC MANAGER

Requirements :

Having ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate
Having valid certificate CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI
Minimum 5 years experience in Topside module fabrication quality activities.
Must have previous experiences in the same role or QA/QC Manager role in EPC, Oil and Gas company.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
In depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Technical knowledge and experience of welding controls and quality documentation
Experiences in Quality Control activities that are to be performed on the project during the detail Engineering, Procurement. Construction, Commissioning and Start-up phase of the Project may be advantageous.
Coordinates project and engineering specialist, inspectors to ensure that quality control plan is followed
Coordinates to define the quality control plans for equipment /material/construction.
Prepare the Project quality control, inspection, testing and certification plans,
Manage a team of supervisor, inspectors with the support of the Discipline Leaders.
Review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans/ ITP, and fabrication procedures and other Quality documents,
Organize, plan, and supervise audits and inspection activities, including equipment perform in some cases Fabrication Inspections.

General Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering Disicipline.
At least 5-10 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction Oil & Gas, Marine projects.
Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency in MS Office Application
Must be able to work team

Excellent Problem Solving
Good interpersonal skill
