Tambnas Loker - PT Merdeka Tingshan Indonesia saat ini sedang membutuhkan karyawan yang bermotivasi tinggi dalam bekerja dan untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan ialah sebagai berikut

Compensation & Benefit Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain employee data and attendance time management related to compensation.
Accurately enter payroll data into the payroll system within the specified tune frame.
Ensure that employees are registered with BPJS
Calculation and payment of salary adjustments, termination of employment and transferred employees.
Set up monthly cost data for a payroll cost journal
Receive and distribute payroll reports and pay
Provide advice regarding employee benefits.

Specific Requirement:

Have minimum 5 years in related field
English communication is a must
Good understanding in pph21 tax
Bachelor Degree in any major

Benefit and others:

Attractive remuneration package
Working roster 5 weeks on. 2 weeks off
Transportation Accomodation and meals are provided
