SHE Trainer

Responsibilities:

Great Presentation Skills & familiar with critical HSE training topics and various aspects of operations process in industries.
Interpreting federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational health and safety standards and implementing policies to ensure compliance.
Performing administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
Observing employee safety performance to ensure that they are complying with safety rules and standards.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the workplace to promote safety awareness.

Requirements:

Min 3. years experience in safety training & have TOT Certification.
Good skills in spoken and written English.
Strong leadership character & good team player. Have experience in chemical processing industry is preferable.

Benefit and others:

Attractive remuneration package. Working roster 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Transportation, accommodation and meals are provided. Working Location at Morowall, Central Sulawesi.
